To the UK
FREE DELIVERY for orders over £65 (excluding books) (can not be applied with other discounts)
STANDARD DELIVERY (2-3 working days) £4.95
NEXT DAY DELIVERY* (for orders placed by 12pm) £10.95
*Bank Holidays and Sundays are not classed as 'Next Day' delivery days.
We aim to ship all orders out within 2 business days of receiving them. Please bear with us during busy periods, where this could take a little while longer.
To the EU
For deliveries to Europe 3-5 working days £14.95
To the rest of world
Your rates will be shown at check out.
** Please note that orders sent out of the UK may be subject to additional taxes upon reaching the destination country's Customs. This is out of our control, and the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS
We hope you’ll love your order – but if for any reason you’d like to return it, you have 14 days from receiving it to get it back to us, providing it’s in a resaleable condition with original tags attached and in the original packaging.
To organise a return please email orders@mai-clothing.com referencing your order number.
We will issue you with a returns form
Once you have the form please send them to the address below and obtain proof of postage:
Please note that in busy times, returns can take 5 working days to be processed, and then up to a further 7-10 days for the money to appear in your bank account depending upon your payment provider.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Returns are not applicable on sale items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
